United Lanes LLC, doing business as TruckIQ TMS ("TruckIQ TMS," "we," "us," or "our"), located in Lincoln, Nebraska (Lancaster County), respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices, in connection with the truckiqtms.com website and our software, CRM, invoicing, and training services (collectively, the "Services").
This Privacy Policy is incorporated into and should be read alongside our Terms of Service.
1. Who This Policy Applies To
This Policy covers two categories of individuals:
- You, our customer ("User") — the dispatcher or business using TruckIQ TMS; and
- Individuals your carriers and contacts whose information you, the User, may input into the Software (such as carrier employees or owner-operators). If you submit information about third parties (such as carriers) into the Software, you are responsible for ensuring you have the right to do so and for informing those individuals as required by applicable law. TruckIQ TMS acts as a data processor/service provider with respect to that information, storing and processing it on your behalf.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information You Provide Directly

- Billing information: handled directly by our payment processor, Stripe — see Section 4.
- Customer Data you input: carrier contact details, MC/DOT numbers, load and pickup/drop-off information, documents (such as W-9 forms, broker packets, Rate Cons, and BOLs), gross income and dispatch fee figures, and electronic signatures collected through our in-house e-signature tool.
- Boot Camp participation data: enrollment details, session attendance, and messages sent to instructors through our messaging portal.
- Communications: messages you send to our support team or instructors.
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Usage and device data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages visited, and interactions with the Services, collected via standard web technologies.
- Cookies and tracking technologies: we use cookies and similar tracking tools, including analytics and advertising pixels (such as Google Analytics and Meta Pixel), to understand site usage and to measure and improve our marketing. See Section 6 (Cookies) below for your choices.
2.3 Information from Third Parties
- Stripe: transaction confirmations and limited billing metadata (we do not receive or store full payment card numbers).
- Lead generation sources: business contact information for carrier leads delivered into your CRM through our proprietary lead engine, which may be sourced from public records, licensed data providers, or aggregated industry data.
3. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Services (including the CRM, load tracking, e-signature tool, and invoicing features);
- Process subscription payments and manage your account;
- Deliver daily carrier leads and Boot Camp content;
- Communicate with you about your account, updates, or support requests;
- Send marketing communications (which you may opt out of at any time);
- Monitor, secure, and improve the Services, including detecting fraud or abuse; and
- Comply with legal obligations.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information.
We share information only as follows:
- Stripe — to process subscription payments and payouts. Stripe's handling of your payment data is governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy.
- Cloud infrastructure providers — we use third-party database hosting (TiDB) to store application data and third-party object storage (Vercel Blob) to store uploaded documents and files. These providers process data solely on our behalf and under contractual confidentiality and security obligations.
- Video conferencing providers — to host live Boot Camp sessions (e.g., Zoom or similar).
- Analytics and advertising partners — to understand site traffic and measure marketing performance (see Section 6).
- Legal and safety reasons — if required to comply with a subpoena, court order, or applicable law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of TruckIQ TMS, our users, or the public.
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to standard confidentiality protections.
5. Data Storage and Security
- Application data (such as account and Customer Data records) is stored using TiDB-based cloud database infrastructure.
- Uploaded documents and files (such as carrier packets, W-9s, and load paperwork) are stored using Vercel Blob storage.
- Payment and banking information is collected and stored directly by Stripe; TruckIQ TMS does not store full payment card or bank account numbers on its own systems.
- We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Cookies and Tracking Choices
We use cookies and similar technologies for site functionality, analytics, and marketing (including tools such as Google Analytics and/or Meta Pixel). You can control cookies through your browser settings, which allow you to block or delete cookies. Blocking certain cookies may affect site functionality. Where required by law, we will provide a cookie consent banner allowing you to manage your preferences.
7. Data Retention
We retain account and Customer Data for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your account data as described in Section 9, subject to our legal retention obligations.
8. Children's Privacy
The Services are intended for business use by individuals 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 where applicable by state law). If we learn we have inadvertently collected such information, we will delete it.
9. Your Choices and Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict our use of your personal information, or to opt out of certain data sales or targeted advertising (for example, under the Nebraska Data Privacy Act or other applicable state privacy laws). To exercise these rights, contact us at support@truckiqtms.com. We will respond in accordance with applicable law. You may also unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link provided in those emails.
10. Third-Party Links and Services
The Services may link to or integrate with third-party websites and tools (such as Stripe or video conferencing platforms) that have their own privacy practices. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties, and we encourage you to review their policies directly.
